About ABCE
ABCTM has been widely practised internationally by practitioners from many healthcare disciplines and is now being championed in Europe by a group of experienced practitioners who in 2019 formed the not-for-profit association Advanced BioStructural Correction Europe™ (ABCE).
ABCE exists to advance the awareness and utilisation of ABC within structural healthcare and improve the health and well-being of all who suffer from issues related to poor body structure.
ABCE provide seminars throughout Europe for the training, development, certification and support of ABCTM practitioners. We also provide access to high-quality products for better patient outcomes.
ABCE is dedicated to providing the highest quality training in ABCTM and also funding research into the technique and its effects.

What is FIRST RIB MANOEUVRE™?
A specialised technique designed to address shoulder and neck tension. By employing gentle adjustments and mobilisation, this method effectively targets the first rib, a common source of discomfort and limited mobility. Skilled practitioners utilise their expertise to identify and manipulate the first rib, promoting relaxation and alleviating associated symptoms.

Dr Gliddon graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in September 2006. He then moved to Aberdeen, Scotland where he practiced for three years before moving to Hampton, South West London to own and run SpineCentral Ltd. He continues to treat primarily with Advanced Biostructural Correction™ as a level 3 practitioner. Outside of clinical life Richard loves everything to do with health, fitness and sport, particularly tennis and triathlons.
